Raymond Wong

Raymond Wong has substantial experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory and compliance and general corporate work gained within investment banking and various international law firms including Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He is a board member of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). He is a Director of Jetion Solar Holdings Limited and HaiKe Chemical Group Limited

Lynn McCaw

Lynn McCaw is a corporate and commercial partner in Dewey & LeBoeuf’s London office. She practiced in Canada (Ontario and British Columbia) for eight years before moving to the UK. Her background and experience proves particularly valuable on international transactions where she has represented clients such as CNPC and China Africa Development Fund. In addition, she has experience both in private practice and as an in-house solicitor in commerce and industry. Ms. McCaw was voted “Dealmaker of the Month” by Legal Business Magazine, and Chambers and Partners Directory of the Legal Profession has named her a “Leading Individual” in UK Corporate Finance. She is named as an expert in Corporate and M&A in the 2009 Legal Experts Report. She served as the first woman president of the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce

Brian Zimbler

Brian Zimbler is a partner in the London and Moscow offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf, focusing on cross-border investment and financial matters. Mr. Zimbler represents US, European and Asian companies (including CNPC and Citic Group) in connection with their investments overseas, with emphasis on emerging markets. His practice covers a wide range of industries, including the energy, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, and technology sectors with over two decades of in-depth experience in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries of the former Soviet Union. He is dual-qualified as both an English solicitor and an attorney in the United States. Mr. Zimbler is fluent in French and Russian and proficient in Portuguese.
